Ely bags the first two deer of the season!

Hunting season has gotten off to a pretty good start for Ely! He is the only one in the family to kill anything so far... and he has killed two!
This doe ate her last meal on November 15.


And yesterday (December 5) was the final day of this 8-point buck's life.

Ely and John are having a great time hunting -- and have already headed back to the woods today. (They are hoping to both come home with some meat tonight!)
